Refund Policy

At The Bloom Therapy, we are committed to providing high-quality therapy services. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a No Refund Policy.
1. No Refunds
Once a therapy session is booked and payment is made, we do not offer refunds for any reason. This applies to both individual therapy sessions and package deals. All payments are final and non-refundable.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session. Failure to provide this notice will result in the full session fee being charged.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for the full session.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of extreme or unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or emergency), please reach out to us directly. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling your session or offering alternative support options.
4. By Booking a Session
By booking and paying for a therapy session, you acknowledge and accept our No Refund Policy. We encourage you to review the session details, including scheduling and payment, before completing your booking.
